I am a talent agent and have been running the agency ‘Marmulla & Rudolph’ together with Gabi Rudolph since 2011. As a woman with a disability and a trained DE&I consultant, I am passionately committed to inclusion and cultural participation. At ProQuote Film, I advocate for greater inclusion in the film industry, both in front of and behind the camera.

I am an actress, screenwriter, and director who co-founded Drei Schwestern Produktionen in 2020 and developed my own series. In addition to my traineeship at Studio Hamburg Serienwerft and working in the writers’ room for Rote Rosen, I pursue my own projects and have been a board member of ProQuote Film since 2022. My focus is on gender equality, diversity, family-friendly filming, and supporting international women’s initiatives.

I initially studied politics in France and Korea and then completed an acting training in Cologne. Since 2023, I have been writing for film and television, while also performing in front of the camera and working as a presenter. At ProQuote Film, I am committed to diversity, have conceptualized many events, and am a point of contact for the film series, Berlinale, and the website.

I am a trained photographer and studied applied media management, which has given me a sense of aesthetics and a deep understanding of the media world. After working as an editor and (game) producer, I have been working as a writer and freelance editor since 2022, focusing on fictional series and podcasts. At ProQuote Film, I advocate for giving more space to female perspectives in storytelling and strengthening topics such as inclusion and family-friendly work practices.

As a trained actress, I transitioned from the stage to behind the scenes in 2006 and founded my first agency for actors. Since 2011, I have been running the agency Marmulla & Rudolph together with Michaela Marmulla. Additionally, I am the publisher and editor-in-chief of the online magazine FastForward Magazine, for which I have been reporting annually from the Berlinale since 2016. As a working mother of two children, the issue of family-friendly work practices is very important to me. I am also interested in the representation of women and relationships in the media, and I look forward to incorporating all these topics into my work on the board.
