Svetlana Belesova
Born in Crimea, I came to Germany to study and received my acting training at the August Everding Theater Academy. After working at various theaters and in front of the camera, I became a scholarship holder at the Munich Screenwriting Workshop. My first screenplay won the Tankred Dorst Award and was nominated for First Steps. At ProQuote Film, I am committed to equal opportunities, mutual support among women, and building a strong, creative community.

Marina Cardozo
I am a writer and producer with more than 15 years of experience in film and television. Born in Brazil, I have lived and worked in Cologne since 2017, where I completed a Master’s degree in Serial Storytelling at the ifs in 2019. Since then, I have developed and written projects for WDR, NDR and bildundtonfabrik, and I am also a guest lecturer at the ifs. At ProQuote Film, I advocate for more opportunities and space for FLINTA and POC in the German film industry, so that the diversity of our society is also reflected – both in front of and behind the camera.

Nora Rülke
Nora Rülke is a casting director, entrepreneur and board member of ProQuote Film. At the heart of her work is the question of how digitalization can make the German film industry fairer, more transparent and more competitive internationally. As founder and managing director of ExtraFresh Agency GmbH, she combines many years of casting experience with entrepreneurship and digital innovation. She also brings this practical experience to her work in film policy. As a board member of ProQuote Film, she is committed to bringing equality and digitalization together: for fair access, diverse perspectives and modern structures in a changing film industry.
