PROFILE
- Experienced series (ideally Head) writers/creators (fiction) with
- Writers’ room and teaching experience,
- Notable series credits,
- An international network,
- Strong interpersonal skills,
- Interest in socially relevant topics and innovation in serialized storytelling, and
- Excellent proficiency in both English and German.
JOB

- Seminar-based teaching and guidance of collaborative series development
- Half professorship (50%, W2)
- Work hours negotiable (to accommodate the production and writing phases of the actively writing professor)
- Area of responsibility: MA in Serial Storytelling (International Master’s program for series writers, with a focus on Writers’ Room and artistic research)
- Small, dedicated group (max. 16 students total, 8 in the international track, 8 in the German-speaking track)
- Motivated students, family-like atmosphere
- Proven curriculum with a large international pool of instructors, but also room for new input
- Language of instruction: English and German
- Fixed-term for 3 years (with the option to extend up to a maximum of 7 years)
