Responsibilities:

• Oversee the artistic direction and educational organization of the academy.
• Promote experimental work and innovative teaching methods.
• Further development of training programs in directing, screenwriting, cinematography, production, and editing.
• Support students in their artistic development.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director in strategic planning.
• Represent the DFFB at festivals and industry events.

Profile:

• Experienced artistic personality with a strong talent for nurturing and development.
• Leadership experience and organizational talent.
• Well-networked within the German and international film industry.
• Excellent command of both German and English.
